Request account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your SIPUI Dialer account and associated personal data using this page, even if you have uninstalled the app. Sign in to verify that you own the account, then submit a deletion request.
Step 1 — Verify your account
What happens to your data?
- Requested for deletion: Your SIPUI Dialer account/profile, stored contact information, saved messages or voice-message files, call history and stored location history associated with your account, where held by UPNAR.
- Possible retention: Records that we are legally required to preserve (for example, applicable billing or fraud-prevention records) may be retained for the legally required period. They will not be kept solely for routine app use.
- Retention period: UPNAR must publish the actual applicable retention periods here before using this page as its final Google Play deletion disclosure. Do not represent unverified periods as a guarantee.
- Deleting your account from our services may not delete copies of content previously received or saved by other users.
Deletion is not automatic when you press Submit. Our team must verify and complete it. Contact support@sipui.com for help or request status.
