SIPUI Dialer — Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of SIPUI Dialer, including account registration, internet-based audio and video calls, messages, and related features (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your location. If you are under the age of majority, use the Service only with any consent required by applicable law. Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
2. Lawful and respectful use
You must comply with applicable laws and respect other users' safety, privacy, and rights. SIPUI Dialer must not be used for criminal activities or to coordinate or facilitate unlawful acts.
3. Prohibited content and activities
- Religious hatred or deliberate incitement: Do not threaten, harass, dehumanize, or incite hatred, discrimination, or violence against anyone because of their religion, beliefs, or lack of belief. Do not use the Service to deliberately provoke religious hostility or incite communal violence.
- Public safety and national security: Do not plan, organize, encourage, or facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, armed attacks, sabotage, violent riots, or other illegal acts threatening public safety or national security.
- Threats and harassment: No stalking, bullying, blackmail, extortion, intimidation, abusive calls, repeated unwanted contact, or sharing another person's private information without authorization.
- Fraud and impersonation: No scams, phishing, identity theft, misleading caller identity, unauthorized use of another person's account, or deceptive requests for money, credentials, or personal information.
- Spam and communications abuse: No unsolicited bulk calls or messages, automated harassment, malicious traffic, illegal robocalling, or manipulation of SIP signaling, routing, or telecom networks.
- Child safety: No child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or sharing any child sexual abuse material.
- Other illegal or harmful content: No unlawful sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious harm, malware distribution, hacking, or unauthorized access to networks or data.
- Privacy and consent: Do not record or distribute private calls, media, personal data, contacts, or precise location without permission or other valid legal basis where required.
Good-faith religious discussion, peaceful political speech, lawful criticism of governments or institutions, news reporting, and educational discussion are not prohibited solely because another person disagrees with or finds them offensive. We assess reports in context, consistently with applicable law and user safety.
4. Calls, messages, and emergency services
Use calling, messaging, and location features only for lawful purposes. Availability and quality may depend on internet access, device permissions, third-party networks, and server conditions. Unless explicitly confirmed by the provider in a supported jurisdiction, do not rely on SIPUI Dialer to contact emergency services; use your local emergency number instead.
5. Reporting abuse and blocking users
If you encounter harmful or prohibited behavior, report it to support@sipui.com with relevant details such as the account identifier, approximate date, and description. Do not send passwords. Where available, use in-app reporting or blocking controls. We review reports and may take proportionate steps to protect users. Reporting and blocking mechanisms will depend on features made available in the app.
6. Enforcement and account restrictions
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may warn a user; restrict messaging or calling; suspend or terminate an account; remove unlawful content we control; or cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. We may consider severity, context, repeat violations, and credible evidence. False or malicious reports may also be addressed. We do not promise to continuously monitor private conversations.
7. Privacy, location, and personal data
The Service may process account information, messages, calls and related metadata, contacts, and location information depending on the features used and permissions granted. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy. Users should review that policy before consenting to data processing.
8. Account and data deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the in-app Delete Account option or the publicly available deletion request page linked from the app's Google Play listing. We may require reasonable ownership verification before processing a request. Certain information may need to be retained where legally required or otherwise permitted, as explained on the deletion page and in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a request is not the same as immediate deletion; we will process valid requests according to applicable obligations.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular call quality, or availability in all countries. We may change, maintain, or discontinue functions where reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here.
10. Liability and applicable law
Users remain responsible for their own unlawful acts. We are not liable for users' independent misconduct solely because it occurred using the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the relevant legal requirements and the provider's actual legal establishment; these Terms do not override mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or website as appropriate. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Where law requires renewed consent, we will request it.
