Request Deletion of Your Data

Delete selected data without deleting your SIPUI Dialer account.

1. Delete individual call logs

  1. Open the SIPUI Dialer app and sign in.
  2. Go to Call History.
  3. Find the call record you want to remove and use its Delete option.
  4. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Deleting a supported call-history record removes that record from the app's server database. Other call records and your account remain available.

2. Delete messages

  1. Open SIPUI Dialer and go to Messages.
  2. Open the relevant conversation or select the message you want to delete.
  3. Choose Delete and confirm if prompted.

The selected message data is removed from the app's server database through the app's deletion feature. Removing your own record does not necessarily remove copies previously received or saved by other people.

3. Delete synchronized contacts

  1. Open your phone's Contacts app.
  2. Delete the contact you no longer want to keep.
  3. Allow SIPUI Dialer to access the network and complete its contact synchronization.

When contact synchronization detects the removal, the corresponding synchronized contact is automatically removed from the SIPUI Dialer server. This depends on successful synchronization; deletion may not be immediate if the device is offline or syncing has not completed.

Important: Contact removal from your phone and removal from the SIPUI Dialer server are linked through synchronization. If the server still shows the contact after synchronization, please contact app support.

4. Request help with data deletion

If you cannot access the app or a deleted item remains on the server, you can request assistance using the SIPUI Dialer account and data request page, only if that page supports data-only requests. Otherwise, use the support contact listed on the SIPUI Dialer Google Play Store page and clearly state “Data deletion request — keep my account”.

Include your SIPUI Dialer account identifier, the category of data (call logs, messages, or synchronized contacts), and the records or date range you want removed. Do not send passwords or private message content. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on your request.

5. What is deleted and what remains

To request deletion of the entire account instead, visit the Account Deletion page.

6. Retention and routine cleanup

SIPUI Dialer may remove older data through periodic server maintenance. There is no fixed routine cleanup interval or universally specified retention period for this maintenance. Therefore, users should not assume that all data is automatically deleted after a set number of days.

Records removed through the supported in-app deletion features are deleted from the active server database as described above. Some additional copies, such as backups or records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, may remain where applicable. Any such retention is governed by the applicable operational and legal requirements; a fixed deletion deadline is not promised here.

If you need to know whether any backup or legally retained copy of specific data remains, please request details through the app support channel.
